The Christian-Democratic Natio­nal Pea­sants’ Party (Par­ti­dul Naţio­nal Ţără­nesc Cre­ş­tin Demo­crat, PNŢ-CD) is a Roma­nian Christian-Democratic party.

The party was foun­ded by Cor­ne­liu Coposu and Ion Raţiu in Decem­ber 1989 under the name Par­ti­dul Naţio­nal Ţără­nesc Cre­ş­tin şi Demo­crat (PNŢCD or PNŢcd, Christian-Democratic Natio­nal Pea­sants’ Party). It was the first offi­ci­a­lly regis­te­red poli­ti­cal party after the fall of Communism.

The party is a mem­ber of the Euro­pean People’s Party (EPP). On Decem­ber 7th 2006 PNŢCD became mem­ber of the Euro­pean Chris­tian Poli­ti­cal Move­ment (ECPM).

    Da dom­nule Aurel Teo­do­rescu Comu­nis­mul nu a cazut fiindca este un alt nume pen­tru talha­rie.
    Dar are o prlo­blema fiindca talha­ria este un act care nu se poate sus­tine pe sine insusi. Asta-i natura ome­neasca lumea-i plina de comu­nisti chiar daca cre­ere cele­bre au pus bazele comiu­nis­mu­lui tot la gunoi a ajuns.
